The first thing that impressed me about this firm was that a human being answered the phone on a Saturday - no leaving a message or dealing with an answering service. That's very important if your electrical service is down. Jerry (the owner) arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He quickly troubleshot my problem and explained it in simple terms - no snow job or double talk or an attempt to sell me on more than I needed. I've been a home owner for fifty years so I've dealt with a few contractors in that time. Jerry is fast, efficient, honest, and his prices are very, very competitive. I don't think you are going to find a better electrical contractor anywhere.
